Redemption Blueprint was founded by Adam and Bob—two men from different walks of life, united by a mission to help others take control of their future.
Adam’s journey began in prison. After his release, he launched a roofing company with a vision to give others the chance he never had—a real shot at rebuilding. He began hiring men from prison, halfway houses, and recovery programs, teaching them how to succeed in sales and in life. Along the way, he met Bob—an experienced entrepreneur who shared his heart for transformation and believed this mission could grow into something bigger.
Together, they created Redemption Blueprint—a mentorship and life-building program for individuals who are currently incarcerated, in rehab, in transition, or simply ready to change their lives. Whether someone is starting over or just trying to level up, the Blueprint provides structure, accountability, certified training, and a community that won’t let them fall.
It didn’t take long to prove that their system worked. Dozens of men who were once stuck in cycles of failure, shame, and hopelessness completely turned their lives around. These men built careers, mended relationships, and found purpose—all by following the same principles Adam and Bob had used to rebuild their own lives.
To date, Redemption Blueprint has helped dozens of people rewrite their story—and this is just the beginning.

Meet The Team
ADAM
From prison and addiction to leading one of the largest roofing sales teams in the U.S., Adam Tronnier’s journey is a story of raw resilience and redemption. After rebuilding his own life, he committed to helping others do the same—mentoring those coming out of incarceration, rehab, or crisis, and giving them real tools for transformation.
Bob
Once homeless and living out of a van, Bob Schober turned a chance encounter into a multimillion-dollar career. After selling his successful roofing company, Bob shifted his focus to purpose—partnering with Adam to co-found Redemption Blueprint and empower others to break cycles, build structure, and take ownership of their future.
Drew
Meet Drew, a Seattle native who grew up amidst uncertainty. Raised in group homes and subjected to the system’s provisions, Drew found himself entangled in trouble as a teenager. This led him down a path of criminal activity, drug use, and pain, spiraling into a cycle of darkness, hopelessness, and powerlessness. However, amidst his struggles, Drew experienced a transformative breakthrough while incarcerated on a Fire Crew. This opportunity not only changed his life literally but also figuratively. Drew emerged from the fire as a different person, now a beloved leader, father, brother, and friend whose loved ones can rely on and learn from. In 2024, Drew achieved a remarkable feat by closing $2.1 MILLION in sales, and he is currently on track to surpass that figure in 2025.
Landon
Meet Landon Harris, real estate mogul in the making, roof sales team manager ($15 MILLON in sales in 2024), and most importantly – sober. Raised up in a solid home and a great family but found himself making one wrong decision that led to another and ultimately in prison. Today, Landon stands as the number one sales team at his company, purchased his first home, and never looking back.
Adam Mills
Adam’s journey from overcoming personal challenges to building a life of purpose and success is nothing short of extraordinary. Raised in an environment where opportunity was scarce, he learned early that nothing was given—everything had to be earned.
Joey
Meet Joey – a good man, brother, mentor, and close friend of Adam, our co-founder. Being attracted to the fast life and all it has to offer, Joey found himself insnared by addiction and ultimately dragged him into prison. However, that’s not where his story ends – Joey has redeemed his life through trials and storms and stands today as a man of integrity, grace, a husband, new father, and so much more. Reed
Meet Reed. A man who made decisions that negatively impacted his life, paid the price, but accepted his failures and began his recovery journey. Today, Reed stands as the Rookie of the Year in sales at his company, married to the love of his life, and never looking back. We hope this inspires you and elevates you take the right step in life. Chris
Chris wasn’t sure if sales were for him, but the Blueprint gave him the confidence and skills to succeed. Now, he’s one of the top earners at Prowest Roofing.
Floyd
