• What is the Redemption Blueprint?

  Redemption Blueprint is a structured program that helps people coming out of incarceration or rehab rebuild their lives. Through mentorship, certified training, and real-world planning, we help individuals take control of their future—step by step.

•  Who is qualified to apply?

  Anyone with a desire to grow, change, and take ownership of their future. Most of our applicants are formerly incarcerated or in recovery, but the Blueprint is open to anyone serious about a fresh start.

• When can I apply?

  Anytime. We onboard new individuals regularly and will guide you through the steps once you apply. No deadlines, just a decision to start.

•  Is there a specific state I need to reside in to apply?

  No. We are expanding nationwide. While certain services may be limited in some areas, we’ll work to provide virtual support and mentorship no matter where you live.

• Is there a contract or commitment after applying?

  No contracts. Just commitment. If you’re accepted into the program, all we ask is that you show up, stay accountable, and stay connected to your growth.

• How soon can I start seeing results?

  Every person is different. Some people begin working or making progress within weeks. Others take time to rebuild mentally and emotionally. We help you stay consistent, not rushed.

• What Is My Path If I’m Not Good at Sales?

  Not everyone is made for sales—and that’s okay. We have options in trades, creative services, business coaching, and other industries. The Blueprint is flexible to fit your strengths.

• What’s the earning potential?

  That depends on your path, your pace, and your effort. But more importantly, the goal is sustainable income—not just fast money. This is about long-term growth, not hype.

Training & Support

• Do I need prior experience?

  No experience needed. The only requirement is a willingness to learn and grow. We train you from the ground up—whether it’s work skills or life skills.

• What kind of support will I receive?

  You’ll get access to weekly Zoom calls, a personal mentor, digital training materials, and a community that keeps you accountable and supported the whole way through.

• What if I don’t understand business and legal stuff?

  No worries. We break everything down in simple terms. You’ll get the help and tools you need—step by step.

• Can I work at my own pace?

  Yes. We understand that people move at different speeds. You’ll be encouraged to stay active, but there’s no pressure to match someone else’s timeline.

• Do I Have To Knock Doors or Sell Something?

  No. While some individuals start in sales, there are many different tracks depending on your skills and interests. We’ll help find the best fit for your personality and goals.

  That’s exactly why this program exists. A record doesn’t define you here. We’ve helped people with all types of backgrounds take back control of their lives.

• Will I be working independently or with a team?

  You’ll always be connected to the Blueprint community, but the way you work depends on your path. Some people work solo, others join teams. You’ll never be on your own when it matters.
